In this micro-course, teachers will demonstrate that they develop individual relationships with students that will support their success in a blended learning environment. They will demonstrate that they can project a warm and accessible persona to students that supports the shift to a coaching and mentoring rapport, develop a communication and feedback process that ensures quality interactions with individual students, and provide unconditional positive regard showing complete support and acceptance of all students even when students struggle to connect.
