"The teaching is in the feedback", someone once told me. If that's the case, then we should focus on the essential elements of efficient formative feedback and apply them to our own teaching. This session is for educators interested in further continuing the conversation and developing at least one student centered strategy to improve feedback. During the session, we'll analyze and apply the elements of effective feedback as well as evaluate an instructional master's approach based on our understanding.
