Designing Online Experiences for Student Success

Facilitator: Jennifer Jaworski, iForward English Teacher and WDLC Facilitator
Start Date: February 24 - April 25, 2022
Length: 8 Weeks (self paced and lightly facilitated)

This micro-course will help you design learning experiences for student success. The anchor resource to help you along the way is the “jobs-to-be-done theory,” a set of principles that Professor Clayton M. Christensen of Harvard Business School used to teach designers how to create solutions that their customers want to “hire” to help them make progress in their lives. We’ll use that theory in this micro-course to explore how to create online learning experiences that students feel intrinsically motivated to hire in their own lives.
