The K-12 Applying the Quality Matters Rubric (APPQMR) course is an introduction course to the National Standards for online and blended learning quality assurance. In this one day course participants will learn the underlying principles of Quality Matters. Participants will use the K-12 Quality Matters Rubric to collaboratively review, align and craft meaningful course recommendations for course improvements to a pre-developed online course. This course is intended for a broad audience of K-12 teachers, online and blended course designers, information technology specialists, administrators, school board members and stakeholders. This course is particularly helpful to those new to Quality Matters and educational entities that seek to develop or adopt an online or blended course for K-12 students.
